Email any questions you may have regarding our products or delivery of your order. Please keep questions brief to speed the process. We do not offer medical advice or veterinary services. Someone is usually available to answer emails until approx. 10:00pm Eastern Time (US). All questions are forwarded to our Online Customer Support and can be taken only by email.
ORDERS
We offer secure online ordering. This site is monitored for security every 15 minutes by McAfee Secure, the leader in online security (same online security company that large retailers such as PetSmart, Home Depot, etc. use). The McAfee logo appears on every page of our website. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. We accept payment by credit card only, and we regret that we cannot take mail orders.
TELEPHONE ORDERS OR QUESTIONS
We are generally available to take your order from 9:00am to 5:00pm (Eastern Time US) M-F. However, if you reach our voice mail it means that we are busy taking orders from other customers. Please leave a detailed message, leaving your telephone number and spelling of your name, and we will get back to you ASAP (usually within 24 hours) 1-888-806-5652. This line is for ordering only. All questions should be sent by email, or use our secure online ordering to place your order for fastest service.
REORDERS
Please use our secure online ordering if possible. Otherwise, email us your reorder so that you can get a confirmation. DO NOT include credit card information in your email. We will use the same card as you used with your previous order. If you want to use a different card, you will need to order online or telephone us with your order. If you call us and we are not available to take your call, please leave a detailed message including the spelling of your full name, your telephone number, and exactly what you would like to order, and remember to speak slowly and clearly. We will fill your order from this detailed message that you will leave for us.
