We offer secure online ordering. This site is monitored for security every 15 minutes by McAfee Secure, the leader in online security (the same online security company used by large retailers such as PetSmart, Home Depot, etc.). We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. We accept payment with major credit or debit cards only, and regret that we cannot take checks, money orders or mail orders. If you don’t have a major credit card, we suggest that you obtain a prepaid card for use on our site (available online or through retailers such as Walmart, etc.).
Telephone Orders or Questions
We are generally available to take your order from 9:00am to 5:00pm (Eastern Time US) M-F. However, if you reach our voice mail during regular business hours, it means that we are busy taking orders from other customers. Please give us a detailed message, leaving your telephone number and spelling of your name, and we will get back to you ASAP (usually within 24 hours) 1-888-806-5652 (for telephone orders only). Our secure online ordering option will offer the best, discounted shipping rates and the quickest processing time for your order. To expedite response time for questions, please send an email using the form above.
Please use our secure online ordering if possible (or you can order by fax – just click the “Order by Fax” button on the product page on our website). Otherwise, email us your reorder so that you can get a confirmation. DO NOT include credit card information in your email. We will use the same card as you used with your previous order. If you want to use a different card, you will need to order online, by fax, or telephone us to order. If you call and we are not available to take your call, please leave a detailed message including the spelling of your full name, your telephone number, and exactly what you would like to order, and remember to speak slowly and clearly so that we can fill your order from this detailed message (please include any updated credit card information if needed – new card number and/ or change in expiration date).
