    I have two dogs, a terrier mut named Bart, and a Maltese, Buddy. I've had Bart for 8 years, and walk him daily. Bart has always had a very normal stool, and has always been very regular. Buddy has been with us for a year now. I walk them both together, but Buddy has really been a problem. I've had to double the length of my regular walks with Bart, and, still, it is not uncommon for Buddy to have days, sometimes two or three in a row, without a bowel movement. During this time, he usually has bad gas as well. A friend suggested Lax-eze.     I am joining the club!!! This stuff is great. My poor cat had become so thin and pooped little pellets. The vet couldn't seem to find out what was wrong (we first noticed a UTI). It cleared up but the constipation didn't. For almost two years the poor cat suffered. Finally looking online I found your site. I thought why not, cheaper than the vet. I purchased the liquid and powder. We now feed her only wet food, mixed with water to make a soup and add her Lax-eze. She is back to normal and feeling so much better. It will take time to get her weight back up but the way she eats now, it shouldn't take too long!!

    My cat was diagnosed with mega colon. She takes a prescription from the vet and I give her 100ml IV fluids every 3 days. This helped somewhat. Then I started using Lax-eze powder and the drops once daily. WOW!! She goes every day now. No more straining or pain. Thank you so very much.

    Thanks for the Lax-Eze. My poor ole kitty (15) was so miserable and colon compacted we just didn't know what to do. We had tried many different methods including Vetasyl which didn't work. If the cat won't eat it in the food, it won't do any good. With Lax-Eze, my kitty eats it and it is working fine so far. We haven't been back to the vet with that problem now for over 6 weeks. This is a miracle. I have had to increase the amount once and it agrees with the cat just fine. I do add a little oil from the tuna (canned in oil) with the Lax-Eze and he eats it with no hesitation.

    Thank you for saving our Bart's life. He is now 20 and like all older cats has had chronic constipation for many years.     Homeopathic Formula

    Dosage & Directions

    Homeopathic liquid

    Spray three full pumps in water, food, or directly in mouth two to three times daily, or as needed. Suitable for all pets, and doses the same regardless of size of pet. Best to use directly in mouth, if possible. If used in food or water, you may need to use more. Taste free and odor free pure water base. 1 to 3 month supply- very cost effective. Do not remove pump top in order to ensure product stability. You can spray product into a small glass, and then use syringe to remove from the glass.

    For best results, it is recommended to use the 2 oz Homeopathic liquid formula in combination with Lax-eze granules.

    Lax-eze Fiber Supplement: Granules

    All pets - Start with 1/2 teaspoon to 1 teaspoon (if feeding twice a day, give twice daily). Important - increase dosage, if needed. Larger pets may need up to one tablespoon in each meal. You cannot overdose your pet on our all natural granule products. For best results, continue to use daily. Our full treatment pack combination usually produces the best results for more chronic or acute cases.

    Dogs generally accept the product well. It mixes well in soft food, but if you only feed dry food, try moistening the dry food a little so that the powder sticks to it, or mix some warm water into the powder, then mix into the dry food.

    Some cats can be a bit finicky. If you have a finicky cat, and he won't touch the food, it is probably due to the food's smell rather than taste. For finicky cats, start with a small pinch of the powder mixed in soft food the first day, then GRADUALLY increase the dosage over 10-14 days. Most cats will accept it when it is introduced slowly this way. Mix it into a small amount of canned food, and don't feed your cat any other food until he eats it. Or, you can try mixing it into anything your cat really likes (baby food, tuna or juice from tuna, etc.). For more immediate relief, mix powder into small amount of soft, canned food, make a meatball and place directly into cat's mouth (between jaw and gums), and hold mouth shut until he swallows it. Another option is to get some Nutrical (this is a high caloric nutritional supplement that comes in a tube and is sold by most vets and pet shops). Squeeze out the Nutrical, then dab it into the powder and place this into cat's mouth (Nutrical is sticky and will stick to roof of mouth.)

    FAQ

    Q: Can I overdose my pet on Lax-eze Formula?
    A: No, not as long as you stay within the recommended dosing guidelines (an exception may be that a very large pet - 100# or more, may need to dose a bit higher). This is an all natural, dietary supplement found to be safe and, generally, without serious side effects. The formula has beneficial properties with long-term use (unlike most conventional drug therapies).
    Q: When should I use the 1oz. liquid Homeopathic?
    A: It is recommended that Lax-eze granules be used in combination with the liquid homeopathic remedy when symptoms are more frequent or severe. This combination usually produces the best results (especially with cats, since they can be finicky eaters). For tips on administering the products to your pet, see Dosage/Directions tab.
    Q: Can I put the 1oz. homeopathic in my pet's food?
    A: The 1oz. homeopathic liquid will work best when put directly into the mouth (a few drops, anywhere in the mouth or on the gums - most pets do fine with this). Another option is to squirt 5-10 drops on top of food or in the water (this method may work better for very cranky pets).
    Q: Can I stop giving my pet some of the drugs the vet prescribed for constipation?
    A: It is very difficult to give a general answer to this question, since every case is different. This is a decision that should be made by you and your veterinarian. Typically, we see cases that are not responding to conventional treatment. In cases like these, it might be better to discontinue drug therapy and try a more natural approach.     Q: How long will it take for Lax-eze Full Treatment Pack to work?
    A: The Lax-eze Full Treatment Pack should begin to work within one to three days for cases of chronic or acute constipation.
