How to Use Topicals
Does your dog have any of these symptoms?
- history of ear problems (past or present)
- dry, flaky dandruffy skin
- frequent licking of paws
- scabs or open sores
- nasty or foul odor (stinky ears, etc.)
- past history of above symptoms, but these symptoms subside when the dog is on steroids (prednisone, etc.) and come back soon after the steroids are discontinued
These cases will benefit by Skin-eze tabs or capsules. However, some really extreme cases will need extra help. This is what we recommend:
- Bathe daily with Skin-eze Shampoo for first 6-7 days. Bathe two times per week thereafter until the dog is completely "itch free". Skin-eze Shampoo is mild and all natural. It is safe to use daily, and will not dry the coat.
- Use Skineze Oil O3 in ears (two drops 1-2 times daily in each ear).
- Use Skin-eze Spray directly on any itchy area or hot spot in between
bathing.
- Use Skin-eze tabs two times daily. See Skin-eze Suggested Dosage. Skin-eze capsules have no food additives and are recommended for dogs with suspected food allergies or for diabetic dogs.
Some dogs will show improvement within the first 3 to 7 days. More extreme cases could take longer. It is not uncommon for us to hear comments like "I didn't think Skin-eze was working until about the third or fourth week, then my dog started to improve dramatically".
