Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt during regular business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
USPS Express Mail (Domestic Only):
- Orders placed Monday through Friday by 1:00pm ET usually will ship the same day (excluding holidays).
- USPS Express is guaranteed by the US Postal Service to be delivered within two days
of the shipment date. A signature is required at delivery.
- If two day delivery is ESSENTIAL, we recommend that you call us for
confirmation of the actual shipping date.
USPS Priority Mail (Domestic Only):
- This class of service is usually delivered in 2-3 days (excluding day of shipment, Sundays and holidays); however, USPS does not guarantee this.
- In rare cases, delivery of priority mail can take longer than three business days (excluding shipment date). It is our policy to reship an order that has not been delivered by the 11th day after shipment upon notification by customer. If the customer desires reshipment prior to 11 days, he will be charged for a second order, and we will issue a credit when one of the orders has been returned. If a customer receives both the original order and the reshipment, and does not return one of the orders, the customer will be charged for both orders. If the original shipment is lost and not delivered within thirty days, a credit will be issued.
FedEx Overnight (Domestic Only):
- You will need to call us for a price quote on shipping cost.
- Orders that are received by 3:00pm ET Monday through Thursday (excluding
holidays) will be shipped the same day and delivered by 3:00pm (local time) the
following day (excluding holidays).
- Orders that are received by 3:00pm ET Friday (excluding holidays) will
be delivered by 3:00pm (local time) Monday (excluding holidays).
- Orders that are received after 3:00pm ET Friday and prior to Monday at 3:00pm
ET will be delivered by 3:00pm (local time) Tuesday (excluding holidays).
- FedEx requires a proof of receipt signature at delivery. If no one is
home to sign for the package, the customer will have to call FedEx to make
arrangements for delivery the following day.
- Be sure that your shipping address is a street address and not a PO Box
number.
ALL OTHER CLASSES OF FEDEX DELIVERY: Please call for further information

USPS TRACKING NUMBERS FOR PRIORITY MAIL: The US Postal Service does not scan tracking numbers on packages until the package is either delivered or there has
been an attempt to deliver it. You can track your package by going to
www.usps.com. Prior to delivery, the only information that will
appear is a statement saying that the US postal service has been
notified that a package will be shipped. That statement DOES NOT
MEAN that the package has not yet been shipped, it only means that
the package has not yet reached its destination.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: AllergicPet.com has many international customers, and we routinely ship to Canada, Great Britain, and many other countries without incident. However, we do advise our customers to check the import laws of their country, as we cannot be responsible for customs and/or quarantine issues; or additional import fees which might be imposed. International shipments are mailed via US Postal Service International Express Mail. The customer will be e-mailed an invoice which contains the shipping charges and the tracking number. Orders can be tracked at www.usps.com. Delivery of International Express packages usually takes about seven business days if there are no delays in Customs, and a signature is required at delivery.
