The US Postal Service scans tracking numbers on packages at the time the package is shipped, and then again when the package has been delivered or there has been an attempt to deliver it. You can track your package by going to www.usps.com; or, you can double click on the blue tracking number that will appear at the bottom of your email confirmation of your invoice.
AllergicPet.com has many international customers, and we routinely ship to Canada, Great Britain, and many other countries without incident. However, we do advise our customers to check the import laws of their country, as we cannot be responsible for customs and/or quarantine issues; or additional import fees which might be imposed. International shipments are mailed via US Postal Service International Priority or Express Mail, depending upon which option is selected by the customer during the ordering process. The customer will be e-mailed an invoice which contains the tracking number (at bottom of invoice in blue). Orders can be tracked at www.usps.com, or by double clicking on the blue tracking number at the bottom of your email copy of your invoice. We offer a cheaper International Priority shipping option ($12.95 to Canada, and $16.95 to all other countries for orders that weigh three pounds or less). The estimated delivery time for this cheaper option is the same as for regular International Priority Mail (estimated at 7-10 business days); however, this cheaper class of mail does not offer tracking or insurance. Delivery of International Express packages is estimated at 4-6 business days if there are no delays in Customs, and a signature is required at delivery.
